Your First Visit to the MPB

​Get ready to have fun and get fit.

On your first visit, you will need to:

• Bring your student ID.  (If you don't already have one, you can get one in the LRC Library by bringing a photo ID and Student ID number.)
• Check in at the Fitness Center with your Student ID.
• Review our Proper Attire Policy.
• Review our policies that explain more about access, safety, respect and conduct.
• Be safe and have a Great Workout!

Ask our Fitness Center desk attendant about:

• orientation
• checking out equipment
• how to safely use any of the equipment
• fitness assessments
• workout plans
