WCIHCE West Central Illinois Healthcare Continuing Education Alliance (WCIHCE) is an organization composed of higher education institutions representing Carl Sandburg College (CSC), Graham Hospital School of Nursing (GHSON), and Spoon River College (SRC) working together to provide continuing education for healthcare professionals.
