Strategic Plan
Spoon River College has embarked on a strategic planning process to provide structure and support for the Mission and Values statements and establish the future direction of the college. The Board of Trustees, President, faculty, support staff, and the administrative team will all be involved in the coordination, implementation, and assessment of the institutional annual planning process. The plan will ensure the effective and efficient use of fiscal, human and environmental resources for the purpose of strengthening and enhancing the many constituencies of Illinois Community College District 534 for the common good of all residents.
